Greg Almieda

Greg Almieda is Founder and CEO of Global View Communications, an inclusion business strategy firm and long-time partner of The Castle Group.

With more than 20 years of experience in the diversity and inclusion space, Greg helps organizations improve culture and performance by developing, implementing, and enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. He and his firm work across the five diversity platforms – enterprise, consumer, workplace/workforce, supplier inclusion and corporate citizenship – to drive solutions and foster engagement, growth, and competitiveness.

Greg has served as a member of several professional and civic organizations and as a board member of the Diversity and Inclusion Professionals of Rhode Island (DAIP), The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts and The Greater Boston Employer Advisory Board to the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. He currently serves as chair of both the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF) and The Providence Foundation diversity committees.
